Contraindications for Myofascial Cupping and Gua Sha
Avoid excessive heat, cold or exercise for at least 4-6 hours post cupping
Cupping is not to be performed on broken bones, dislocations, hernias, herniated discs, or on anyone undergoing cancer therapies
Cupping is not to be performed over sunburned skin or skin that is ruptured ulcerated or inflamed.
Cupping is not to be performed on pregnant clients beyond their 2nd trimester
Energy-depleted clients are required to notify their service provider prior to your appointment
Cupping is not to be performed on people with kidney or liver disease, cardiomyopathy, varicose veins or over recent surgical incisions
Please notify your service provider if you are on blood thinners, hemophiliacs, have high or low blood pressure or are diabetic
